Return and Warranty Policy
Returns require a return ticket number and Jaykra must be notified within 3 days after delivery and must be delivered to Jaykra within 14 days of return notification. Buyer/Client pays all shipping costs. No return will be accepted for normal wear and tear or damaged by buyer/client. Jaykra may repair items as needed if materials are available. Please inquire prior to shipping item. Shipping costs and material costs are applicable and will be paid by the buyer/client. Personalized, custom orders can not be refunded unless the item arrives defective (See Shipping and Delivery). All products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Sale items are final. Shipping And Delivery
*Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Custom orders may take longer depending on style and length of time to create each piece. All items are shipped via USPS. Other shipping methods available upon request. Jaykra is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Should an item become lost or damaged Jaykra will help you resolve through the postal service. Each item shipped after purchase will be insured by Jaykra.
Additional Policies
All items are payable upon purchase. Custom design pieces must be paid in full prior to being made. No cancellations can be made once the design is agreed upon and order is paid in full.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Usually the next business day or if order is placed on a weekend/holiday, the following business day. All other orders (excluding custom design) must be cancelled prior to shipment.
